Mechanical Automation and Building Control
Mechanical systems must not only be built — they must be measured correctly, controlled and operated efficiently. We combine automation technology with our mechanical engineering experience.
Mechanical automation means managing heating, cooling and ventilation systems according to demand using sensors, control valves, actuators and controllers. A correctly built control layer lowers energy consumption and improves comfort without changing the mechanical equipment. As a Siemens Approved Partner, Haustech Mekanik supplies control products and integrates them with the mechanical systems it installs.
You cannot manage what you do not measure
The first step in automation is the right sensor. A badly positioned temperature sensor renders even the most advanced control algorithm useless. Pocket location, duct sensor distance and room sensor height must be set at design stage.
Control valve and actuator
The control valve is where automation touches the mechanical system. If Kvs, valve authority and characteristic are not selected correctly the system will hunt no matter how good the controller is. On the actuator side, force, stroke and close-off pressure compatibility are decisive.
Automation in stages
Not every building needs a full building management system. In most facilities, room control, flow temperature compensation and pump control already deliver significant gains; central monitoring can be added later.

Frequently asked
How quickly does an automation investment pay back?
It depends on building type and the current state of control. In an uncontrolled system, basic steps such as room control and flow temperature compensation are usually the fastest-returning items. A realistic estimate is only possible after reviewing consumption data and carrying out a survey.
Do you supply products for my existing automation system?
Yes. We supply Siemens field devices, valves, actuators, sensors and thermostats with technical selection support; the products are also available at shop.haustech.com.tr.
Do you have a question about this?
Our technical team answers everything from product selection to site execution.
