Commissioning, Testing and Technical Support
A mechanical system is not finished when installation ends — it is finished when it has been measured, adjusted and properly handed over to operations.
Commissioning is the process of bringing a completed mechanical installation into service through pressure testing, flushing, filling, hydronic balancing, flow and temperature measurement, control parameterisation and functional testing. On completion Haustech Mekanik hands over test records, a balancing report, an equipment schedule and operating instructions, and provides technical support thereafter.
Commissioning is a measurement, not a formality
A system appearing to run once it is filled does not mean it runs at design values. Commissioning is the process of proving that the flow, temperature and pressure targeted in design are actually achieved on site.
Handover to operations
Even the best-built system loses its day-one performance quickly if the operating team does not understand how it works. At handover we explain the system logic, setpoints and intervention limits to the operating team.

Frequently asked
Will you commission an installation you did not build?
Yes. We provide independent commissioning and balancing. In that case any design or installation non-conformities we find are reported, and the corrective scope is assessed separately.
What does the handover file contain?
Pressure test records, the hydronic balancing report with measured flow rates per circuit, the equipment schedule with technical documents, control setpoints and operating instructions.
